Terms and Conditions for Brittany New Builds
Our commitment to you.
Brittany New Builds will take all reasonable steps to ensure that completion of Your build is made against the contract.
We will keep you informed at each stage of the build to manage any changes to the house or the price thereof.
We will mediate any disputes between You and our agents to try to find a resolution between both parties.
We will advise You regarding all legal obligations (permits, taxes due, etc.).
Your Obligations
Any changes to the specification of your house agreed in the contract should be made in writing.
Payments to third parties, builders, architects, notaires, etc., should be made directly to those third parties in accordance with their terms and conditions. We do not handle our customers money except in payment for our services.
Termination; Cancellation
Subject to any third party agreements You may terminate your agreement to use our services with or without cause at any time by sending written notice of your desire to cancel. This Agreement will be deemed terminated within ten (10) business days of Brittany New Builds receipt of Your notice once any outstanding invoices to Brittamy New Builds have been paid.
Warranty
Brittany New Builds makes no warranty, expressed or implied, on behalf of third parties, e.g. builders, architects. Any warranties or guarantees for Your new build are between You and our agents.
Payment
Payment for our services should be made in a timely manner upon receipt of an invoice, no later than 30 days after the invoice date.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of France, except for its conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be adjudicated in France.
