Fees and Prices
What are our services going to cost you?
The initial meeting is free.
Our fees cover:
- Up to 5 meetings with the building company.
- Up to 6 site visits. Photos can be emailed to you once each stage is completed.
- Liaising with builder during the whole building process until all the work is completed.
- Water and electricity connections.
- Visit to an already completed property in the area.
- Arranging meeting with English speaking owners.
Fees are charged according to the size of the property at a rate of € 12 per square meter
(i.e. if your property is 100 sqm, our fees will be 1200 euros).
Note: If the project is more than 30 minutes from Dinan an extra travelling charge will be applied.
